We want you to love your Oh Polly fit, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, have all original tags attached, and are free from makeup or tan marks.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and Australian postcode to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select your preferred return shipping method; you can choose between a printable label or a digital QR code for drop-off at any Australia Post location.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items in their original packaging and drop your parcel off at your nearest collection point or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
